High Speed Plumbing

I called High Speed Plumbing 12/11/17 and asked if they serviced Grohe shower faucets. They replied that they did and sent Enrique out that day. He took pictures (didn't take anything apart) and texted me asking where I bought it (20 years ago). I gave him the name of the shop and never heard from him again. I called again asking how they knew what parts to order when nothing was taken apart. They sent out Chris just before Christmas who took it apart. To date, 2/7/18, after countless calls to High Speed Plumbing, my shower is still torn apart. When I call them, they say the parts on on order but don't return my calls. After calling again today I finally got a text today saying, the parts aren't in yet. I wouldn't mind so much but to never get any updates; to ALWAYS be the one who has to call to find out what's going on after 2 months! I called Grohe who recommended another plumber. Grohe and the plumber tell me that they have the parts ready.
