No tags provided when bike purchased. Delivered without my request without tags or plate or part purchased and supposed to have been installed. I had to go back to site 3 times to redo application due to issues with trade in. Then had to drive bike back to site 30 miles away with no tags and pay extra for installation I wasn't aware of. GM offered to make right and got me tags and gift card, which I still have. Now I got another call that trade in needs to be licensed and tagged and I need to get taken care of, which they sold this trade in a month ago. Now the GM says I am irresponsible for not paying my taxes, but we told sales people all this when transaction took place. It's over a month later. I have offered to buy back my trade in but the other buyer already has taken out loan. GM said he would pay taxes, but not doing anything else for me. Very condescending telling me that and that I was irresponsible.

Upon purchasing her 2020 Harley Davidson:Mrs. did have to return to the dealership a few times to resign papers due to our fault. She also had a small problem in the service dept. With that being said we gave her a gift card for her troubles. She was happy with that and her husband has been in using it to purchase parts.The dealership was placing her trade title in our name, when a problem arose. Mrs *** never paid her taxes on the motorcycle she had traded in. We had the general manager call her to explain that she had never paid the taxes and she needed to take care of that. At that point and time she used profanity towards him and hung up the phone. Since then the dealership has stepped forwarded and paid her unpaid tax amount to the state of Kentucky, so we could sell her trade. my complaint is that they preceded to call me all the time regarding issues out of my control, then it took over a month to advise me of issues with tags, that I made them aware of in the beginning. I asked to have trade in returned to me at price sold to avoid anyone having to pay those taxes(husbands actually, he bought the bike. Not I) the manager was very rude and condescending to me and had made me a nervous wreck, so I did you profanity after he was stating that I was irresponsible.I want this on record so others do not make the same mistake I do and purchase from them, especially with a trade in.
Its resolved as long as they leave me alone and dont come up with something else wrong.
