Initial Business Response / [redacted] (1000, 14, 2016/02/16) */ Please see the attached letter from the business: Hello, [redacted] had purchased the very last Motocross YTX9-BS battery from us that we had listed (and in stock) on the [redacted] market placeThe day after the order was placed, the package was picked up along with several others that day on a regularly scheduled USPS pickupThe package was scanned into the USPS system to show that it was picked up from our facility on that dayAfter the initial pickup of the package the tracking information was not updated for several daysDuring these several days [redacted] had emailed us every day (sometimes more) informing us that his tracking number was not updating [redacted] was informed that we were in contact with the USPS customer service to track down his package and that we were doing everything possible to speed up this process After a few days of waiting with no further updates on the tracking information from the USPS [redacted] then proceeded to contact the USPS on his own accordHe had exchanged emails with a random customer service representative who claimed that we had most likely not shipped the item outThis information upset [redacted] and he then proceeded to send condescending emails calling us frauds and so forth demanding that we send out another item to him due to his new doubts about the tracking information that clearly stated the package was picked up from our facility Unfortunately we did not have another Motocross YTX9-BS battery to send out at the timeIn an attempt to settle this dispute with [redacted] I had initiated a full refund for him and told him to keep the battery if it were to arrive to his locationInstead of settling the dispute as I had originally intended [redacted] then sent out another email stating that he would leave horrible reviews on every review oriented site at his disposal if we did not send him another battery free of charge In conclusion, [redacted] had indeed ended up getting his original battery a few days laterSo not only did [redacted] get to leave negative reviews about our company on both [redacted] and now apparently the Revdex.com, he also got a motorcycle battery for free Initial Consumer Rebuttal / [redacted] (2000, 16, 2016/02/17) */ (The consumer indicated he/she ACCEPTED the response from the business.)
