High Tech Health Inc Reviews (4)

#[redacted]The customer's product was not defective.  It was damaged, likely by the freight company.  Unfortunately, the customer signed for the product indicating that it was in fine condition at that time.  That eliminated the shipping company's responsibility.  Damage hidden in...

the box would have been the manufacturer's responsibility, [redacted], but they refused to help the customer believing the damage was caused by the customer.High Tech Health does not normally have spare sauna panels since typically the manufacturer or the freight company will solve such problems.  Because of that, it has taken us a while to get a replacement panel for the customer.  We now have such a replacement and it is being shipped to the customer today, Thursday March 8th.  We believe our company actions, beyond our responsibilities, solves this problem.

This complaint against High Tech Health International Inc.
was mistakenly made.   The warranty on
this product is signed by [redacted] and it is their obligation to meet their responsibilities,
not High Tech Health.Although we are not obligated to do so, we always do our
best to help the purchaser solve any problems with the warrantor.  [redacted] has not been responsive to our
phone calls either. We have personally and at our expense, located a power
supply and it has been received by [redacted].  The problem is solved.Sincerely,[redacted]High Tech Health International Inc.

Twenty years ago my company began selling far infrared
saunas.  When I chose a manufacturer, I
insisted that that manufacturer ([redacted]  [redacted]) write the
warranty that obligated them to respond to all warranty claims.  [redacted]...

[redacted] did so and they, not High Tech
Health, are the warrantor.   I did so for
one reason:   High Tech Health International
would not have access to all the suppliers for all the parts that comprise a
sauna.  You may note that virtually all
small companies that sell products have warranties obligating the
manufacturer.  The warrantor of Ms. [redacted]’s sauna and the sauna owned by
her father-in-law is [redacted].
Theirs is the name on the warranty in [redacted]’s possession, not High Tech
Health International Inc.Having written the above, I must state that we feel a moral
obligation if not a legal one, to help our customers in any way we can, to
reach a satisfactory resolution with [redacted].In the case of the [redacted]s, we feel the same way they
do:  [redacted] should replace the
wooden panel.  We have placed countless
emails and phone calls to [redacted] on their behalf and have been told many
reason why they cannot replace the panels at this time but would “soon”.  I got to the point that we bypassed their
sales office in Buena Park and went directly to the head of manufacturing in
China.  We are now assured that the panels have arrived in the
United States, but, coincidentally, at the same time as their United States
distribution center is moving to Tennessee.
We expect the replacement panels to be shipped to the [redacted] within two
weeks as promised by [redacted].Although it is clear that the responsibility lies with the
warrantor and any complaint to the Revdex.com should have been filed against [redacted]
Products, we will continue to support our customer in every way possible to
make certain they are happy with their purchase. If I may, I suggest that the customer let us deal with this
directly as we may have more influence. We will promptly notify the [redacted] the moment the panels
have been shipped.Meanwhile, I suggest that the Revdex.com get of copy of the
warranty from the [redacted] as proof that the warranty complaint should have been
filed against [redacted] and any mention of High Tech Health products should
be deleted.Sincerely[redacted]
