We have been in contact with this customer since April 26th and authorized a refund for her account on May 12thWe informed the customer in order for the refund to be processed the product would need to be returned on or before May20thWe also sent the customer a return label via email so they would not need to pay for return shippingAs of today May 24th no product has not been returned and we can not issue a refund on the account since it is beyond the period that we informed the customer ofHowever we are happy to offer store credit We take much pride in our customer service are open Monday thru Friday am to 430pm Pacific standard timeWe take each call as it comes in and DO NOT BLOCK any calls

I would recommend MrT's Transmission to any one, Adam and the team are very professional, they get you in and out in a timely matterI appreciate the fact that they call you with diagnosis before they actually start any workI have had two of my vehicles work on by this company and I have been pleasedThey take pride in what they do on a daily basic, so if you looking for a honest company to work on your transportation I would suggest giving them a try

*WARNING [redacted] This company will scam you with both lousy products & awful (really awful) customer service(Go look at ALL the complaints on Revdex.com, AMAZON & goggle them for an eye opening reviews!) Complaints & issues GALORENote the company itself has it's OWN rep JUST to work with the Revdex.com...which should tell you how terrible they areProducts are sketchy quality & the customer service even worseFirst of all the collars don't work more than say 10-feet from the smartphone you useThe link/connection continually gets lostAnd if the dog is outside? It barely works, through even a windowSuper annoyingThere is no 200/foot radius with these collarsBarely & that is being generousAnd the batteries? They last maybe to weeks...so be prepared for that cost to maintain these collarsOh & the smartphone/device they are linked to? You'll need to leave it both on & the app OPENYes, openIf the screen fades away, the collar won't workYeah, handyThe auto shut off most phones/devices use to preserve battery life means the app won't send any messages to the collarThat is fine if you only use it for training...as you can open it & use itBut if you use the anti-bark feature? Won't work once the phone/device auto-shuts offWe used an iPod, kept it plugged in & ONLike turn off the auto shut-off feature ON & awake so the collar worked(If you use the anti-bark feature on the collar, it needs to be active & ON & open to work if you are away & want it to stop your dogs from excessive barkingKind of the whole point...as it offers both training & anti-bark.) Super handy? Not so muchYou will need to also buy another device JUST for running this collar, to keep it on & open to workNot very handy or cost-effectiveThe best part is if you try to return the products to this company, (not Amazon), they will continue to return the items back to you & say they never received themOh & good luck trying to phone themThey either don't answer, or the number does not work - if you are calling from any country outside the USMost companies with a 1-number are worldwide, especially if you offer shipping all over the worldWhy make the customer pay long distance to call your company? (Makes no sense.) I wish I had bought the collars on Amazon, as returns would not have been an issueAmazon is amazing in providing fantastic customer service (seriously) & keeping the sellers they work with honestMistake buying outside AmazonIf you do decide to buy, don't buy direct from High Tech Pet Products

Unbelievable junk that they sell Their products are junk When you call for a refund you get the run around their automatic pet door did not work correctly The dog collars are pieces of junk as wellThey fall apart all the time and often won't signal the door to open They sent replacement parts for me to install and they still did not work I am still waiting for a refund Customer service will not respond to my phone calls or emails anymore They do not honor their warranties and their products are so poorly designed that they fail immediately or soon after the warranty expires (year) they also charge outrageous fees for battery replacements and made their collars such that you can't use an over the counter battery, rather they take an over the counter battery and install it in a proprietary case so that you must buy it from them at a 1000% marked up price compared to retail, just so they can screw you even more I hate this company

I have been dealing with High Tech Pet Products for over a yearMy dogs love the freedom they get with the power pet door! Their customer service is always helpful and willing to work with meI will say the waterproof collar is a great deal, my dogs are always playing ruff For anyone posting bad reviews, keep in mind you catch more flies with honey than vinager

Love the High Tech Pet Team! I have been using their products for about years now and have zero complaintsCustomer Service always takes care of me when I have a question with my productIf they're not available they call you back the next day!

Ms-collar claims to be waterproof and rugged, however fails in water and collar fails after 4-monthsVery disappointed in build quality and advertisingAvoid at all costsOwned for year and have already ordered replacements 3x

Complaint: 11443515 I am rejecting this response because: Please note that we did not receive the return package label and information until May 19 via email which was after my last phone call to them on May 12 thus that is why they did not receive the item. I worked with the company for a month in an attempt to troubleshoot and resolve the technology glitch but it was to no avail. I was also yelled at by office staff by the name of Heather. You have to understand I loved the product because it stopped my dogs barking, kept her in her yard and we could train her until it stopped working. When it stopped working my dog barked and was no longer contained to our yard. The company has a product that worked but no longer works due to the app update in April. When I called the company again because the new collar they sent me in an attempt to troubleshoot stopped working after 3 days of use. On May 12 I was the one that notified them that the application for the collar was no longer on the google app store. The product is now defective and unusable without the application available. I believe they are selling a fraudulent product that other entities need to look into. The product will be mailed 5/25/16 as we were gone over the weekend and unable to ship the package back to them. I would like to take a minute to discuss my experience with Mr T's automotiveI have a Dodge pickup with over a 180,000m miles and the transmission started jerking and down shifting really badI took to them and got a estimate to repairThey had it ready in a little over a dayThey noticed it was idling bad and repaired it at no additional chargeThe truck runs better than it has in years, shifts smooth and idles like newI would recommend them for any repairI spent over years in auto repair and these people are professional and prices are reasonableThey have a new customer in me

I purchased a power pet PX-pet door in June of It worked fine at first but failed Because it is installed in the wall of the house, removing it and sending it back for replacement was not a good option I then purchased replacement parts which did not work In June of 2014, I purchased another door to replace the first one It failed in NOvember of The company boast "Guaranteed Satisfaction" on its website This is a joke Also, they advertise "No problem goes unsolved, ever" This is a joke

I am very sorry that the customer is having problems with his pet doorWe have no record that the customer has tried to contact us on his accountWe are open Monday thru Friday am to pm Pacific standard time.We can also be reached by emailI did notice that the customer is in florida perhaps he called when we were closedWe will continue to stand behind out product and offer a replacement pet door for this customerWe will contact him today to find out whats going on with his pet door Just so the customers aware we do offer a year warranty on our products Once again we are happy to offer a replacement and send the customer a return label so he can return his non working door

As specified in our refund policy we can not issue a refund on shipping cost when the customer has buyers remorseWe have been in contact with this customer and the door did not fit in the area they wanted to place the doorThis does not follow under a defective product
