I have used High Tech Solutions more than once and always thought of it as a good, reliable placeUntil now, that isOn December 23rd I ordered a laptop for my son, which I should've received by New YearsAs of today, not only I don't have the product that I paid for, but the owner of the store would not return my callsI left numerous messages on ***'s cell phone, but still waiting for him to call me backAt this point, all I want is my money back so I can buy a laptop somewhere elseI used to recommend the store to othersNot anymoreThis is a very unreliable place to go to for your computer needs!

I read all of the reviews but considering I'm new to the area and I believe in second chances so I gave High Tech Solutions a tryI couldn't be happier..with the service I got from Mr [redacted] and High Tech SolutionGreat Customer Service, and Mr [redacted] is DA BOMB I was having a problem with my laptop found out my motherboard was not working properly and so I had to purchases a new oneI prepaid for the service and the partMr [redacted] had my computer for only two short days and I had it back in my handsI would Highly recommend him and his company and he has all my future business

Second time I've used these guys, top notch crew all the way This is the varsity squad A couple days ago I had spilled a glass of water on my desk that moved quickly into the ports on the right side of my MacBook Pro I run my whole business off of my computer so I understandably started freaking out I turned the computer on the side and tried starting it up after minutes, but all I got was a flashing folder with a question mark on it I immediately shot over to High Tech Solutions in Palm Coast They were able to put a "rush" on the order and ultimately took the computer apart, treated some of the internal parts with some "products" that they use to remove the corrosion that can occur rather quickly In this case I got lucky, and the fix was a lot less expensive than I anticipated I was up and running in a couple hours Those of you with businesses each day off a laptop know how crucial it is to get up and running Lifesavers -- thanks guys

BEWARE!!!! BAD BUSINNESS!!!!! Took a phone in for a repair he told me he could OVER NIGHT the screen (wrong)The screen finally come a week later! He replaced my screen on a Friday got up on Saturday and the screen was broke!! Took the phone back up to High Tech and it was there over a week and he will not replace screen or give me my money back! I will NEVER be back and I will tell all my friends to never go! Also the screen that he put on was not the same as what originally come on the phone!! VERY VERY BAD BUSINNESS!!!
