This tenant has been warned of stains on the driveway several timesWe have recently resurfaced the drive and asked that no tenant park on the drive with leaking vehiclesDestruction of property is NOT allowed even with a security depositThis does not give them permission to destroy a freshly
seal coated drivewayAn oil pan is not to be used eitherThe vehicle drips oil onto the drive prior to getting to the assigned spotWe are currently working with other tenants with the same situation and at no time is he treated any differently than any other tenantThis tenant was also warned of excessive noise complaints and verbal complaints with other tenants.Under Wisconsin state law we gave him a day eviction notice with a right to cure(WisStat(2)(b) He has the opportunity to comply to the situationIf his actions continue we will follow the Wisconsin state law with a day eviction notice with no right to cure.As far as the verbal altercation in which he is accusing us of is totally untrue We wish to notrespond to this accusationAs it is untrue and totally falseHe was the one whom refered to us as F….ing white peopleAnd yes the police were called due to his racist comments and actions.Our business is very proud of the way we conduct businessOur properties are definitely some of the best in our countyWe do not allow tenants to destroy our property or treat others with disrespect. We will not lower rentIt is his responsibility for his vehicle.As far as letting him out of his lease we have offered this beforeAnd they decided to stay. *** *** *** ***
