***SUPPORTING DOCUMENTS REDACTED BY Revdex.com***

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response due to numerous false statements made within the documents that were sent as rebuttal to our original dispute with the credit card company. See attachment for more details:
Some examples of mistruth:
False STATEMENT: 'After having a conversation with the Service Manager at the Airstream Dealership in Covington, WA (the only Airstream dealership in Western Washington) we were told that they do not work on Airstreams manufactured prior to 2000.'
- See my attachment where that same Airstream dealer provided estimates to me to repair the airstream for the faulty repairs.  This is one of the first false statements made in his attachment
'We do not “hang up” on our customers.'
I'm not sure where this is coming from.  We never said that Mr. B[redacted] hung up on us.  We were told by the credit card company that he hung up on them.
Propane lid:  'They also asked about the price of the propane tank cover on the front of the trailer as it kept falling off'
The propane tank had never fallen off nor did I say to Mr. B[redacted] that it had.  The lid was damaged and repaired in the past as Mr. B[redacted] states but was in working condition when I dropped off the trailer.  I asked him what happened with the lid because it had duct tape holding it together when I visited for inspection and the stainless steel shroud also had a new dent as seen in my attachment photos.  As always, Mr. B[redacted] never claimed any responsibility for damages caused while in his care.
In addition, the airstream repair facility quoted the parts and labor for the propane cover lid to be $285.00.  Mr B[redacted] said in his rebuttal that it would cost $650.  Another example of his character.
Water heater: 'There was no mention of any issues or customer concerns which included the white access cover over the hot water tank at this time.'
Water was verified hot when I inspected, however it was operating on propane at the time.  When I took possession, the unit does not function on electricity but works only on propane.  See airstream dealer estimate - They claim it was wired improperly.
Water heater door: 'They were told that either tank would fit the inside cavity with no interior structural changes.  That was there only concern at the time.  The door was not mentioned at all as what they asked for was a camp worthy trailer.  '
I immediately said that the white door needed to be fixed on the very first inspection of the water heater exterior.  I expected that this would be addressed before the trailer was finished and returned to my possession.  Mr. B[redacted]s claim is false here.  He ignored my call out of this but said he would look into it.
'The [redacted]’ approved this completed work and paid the balance of the contract on 12/12/15 and stated no concerns.'
Concerns were raised but Mr. B[redacted] had an excuse for everything.  Only on final delivery and closer inspection did some of the additional problems surface from the corner cutting.
Plumbing:  'The Pex plumbing and fittings were secured to the plywood floor where it was necessary. '
Airstream service center provided an estimate of what it would take to properly secure the plumbing.
Bathroom fan: 'It was necessary to remove the hose to make installations of wire and equipment and it was completely disintegrated below floor level so I removed it.   I let the customer know about the vent tube which is a $10.00 part at any hardware store and as it was an inexpensive, quick fix Jamie [redacted] said he would fix it himself.  '
I never told Mr. B[redacted] that I would fix this.  I was shocked that something that was functioning when I brought the trailer was now missing.  Seriously, I am expected to go make the repairs for things Mr. B[redacted] removed from my trailer?  If it was only $10, why didn't he just fix it and keep the customer happy?  This is an excellent example of the difficult never wrong perspective that we had to deal with.
Bathroom floor: 'I also presented them with an approximate four hour option to replace only the floor that supports the toilet. '
This is not true.  Mr. B[redacted] simply stated he had to remove and repair the bathroom floor.  I never received multiple choices for repair.  With Mr. B[redacted], you never seem to get choices, he just installs and you are left with whatever he feels is adequate.  We never approved this half-repair.
Bathroom floor point 2: 'The carpet and pad were just folded back out the way so they could see the complete, partial repair to the floor and new toilet.  We had no idea that they were going to replace the flooring at that point.  '
The flooring was never shown as a partial repair.  In addition, we said from October, we dropped it off that we would be replacing the floor.  Mr B[redacted] quoted us the square foot necessary.  It is on the original estimate since we called out that we wanted that flooring replaced. See attachment.
False statement: 'Most RV facilities are at $150.00 per hour or the Airstream Dealership that charges $200.00 per hour and the Airstream Dealer will not work on Airstreams older than 2000 manufacture date as factory Airstream parts are not available.  '
To prove this is false, see estimate from the said airstream dealership for amount of $16489.99 to repair inadequate quality repairs that we paid Mr. B[redacted] to do.
See attachments for more discrepancies.
Sincerely,[redacted]

Yes, please see the attached documentation that I would like added to our written response.

As you will see in the provided documentation that Mr. B[redacted] directly contradicts himself and just blatantly lied on several accounts.  He was adamant we never discussed a restoration process and in one of his initial e-mail replies to us he calls out in the subject line that we were discussing a restoration project from the very beginning.  He even said that it was not in that bad of shape and would be able to be rejuvenated.  However, his excuse for all of his poor workmanship was that our rig was old.  Sure it is old, that was the whole reason we took it to him to be repaired in the first place.  That is the lamest excuse I think I've ever heard.  If it had been new we would not have needed his so called "Airstream Specialist" service.    He also claimed he never represented himself or advertised as a "certified "Airstream Specialist".  If he said it once, he said it a hundred times.  Take a look at one of his bills in the original Chase dispute.  It Says right at the top High Times RV Service with the words Airstream Specialist written right underneath.

Also, in the second e-mail you will see where I had asked for the flooring to be replaced from day one.  Mr. B[redacted] is claiming he didn't know that we were even going to be replacing the floor.

It is sad, but each time we take out our rig after getting in back from High Times RV Service there is something new noticed that he repaired in an inadequate way by taking short cuts or that he had just plain broke or damaged.

We could go thru this line by line refuting and proving everything he is saying as false and a lie.

I would definitely like these items added to our response.

Kindest Regards,
[redacted]
