Mr. [redacted] called Revdex.com and stated he had mailed a refund check to the consumer on Monday, 4/10/2017. He said he had asked the consumer to give him a day to get with management to see if they would make an exception to their policy, but the consumer filed a Revdex.com complaint instead. Management agreed to...
make an exception and return the deposit even though it was non-refundable.
I reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find the resolution is satisfactory to me.
