I have terminated *** *** sessions over months **o due to excessive obsessive behavior towards the Counselor [me], **gressive behavior and misdirected anger which made me fearful of his actionsAfter repeated calls at 2am and after hours, screaming, ranting and threats, I terminated the
remainder of Al's contactHe had a $3,consulting fee and used 3/4sI reverse engineer my plans, which means I do a majority of the work at the beginning and it is known that refunds are not acceptable under any circumstancesThis was clearly written by my law team and placed on my website and is verbally toldMr*** overstepped boundaries when his behavior became erratic and dangerousExcessive calls after midnight, yelling, screaming, canceling treatment and starting **ain, all went on for weeks at a timeI initially took Mr*** on as a counseling client for addiction and energy/meditation work to try to calm himThis was a severe case of addiction where the client took his anger out on the consultantI try to do everything I can to protect myself and have successfully with my law team, but of course I cannot with slander
Mr*** text mess**ed me that he wrote to you, the *** *** and planned to have a court case filed **ainst meI told him to go ahead, I just do not wish to be bearded with negative texts and threats and would let my lawyer deal with thingsHe rebutted saying he was sorry and in love with me and wished to see meHe rebutted this with your **ency and *** *** and the very next day after I refused him, he contacted your **ency as well at the ** and threatened to proceed with the court allegations.
This man is unfortunately very ill and bi-polarThe addiction fuels a negative spiral which has many time, come down hard on me and my practiceI feel confident with my legal team and stand firm that I have handled this from a professional and compassionate standpoint
I have checked your website and it says the case is closedWhere does it stand?
I also have tried to file with your **ency to be Accredited and it refuses me and I am going to assume it is for these reasons?
I wish to not have this on my record, as it is not an accurate depiction of my business or character.

I can't say enough. The meal monitoring system has changed my life. The coaching changed my business. My life is thriving thanks to her work. You would think as a Coach, I would be on top of my nutrition, but my busy schedule led me astray. [redacted]’s knowledge of inner balance, how to harness your own energy and then stay in alignment with proper nutrition and all the exercises she has given me have changed my life and in turn, benefited my team. I have incorporated her juicing recipes and ideas with my team and literally see an energy improvement. I laughed at the beginning at some of the suggestions. Now, I clap and bow. Ma'am with all due respect. This is nothing more than drama, emotional abuse and slander he-said-she said and I don't wish to further fuel this fire or have my business subjected to this.
