new fan blade while waiting for the blade to arrive the home owner called our office repeatedly and cursing our staff and at that time we told her that we not service her.we did not collect any money from her. Please ask her to provide you with a receipt proving that we collected any money.our company has changed out hundreds of these motors with no problem. Please check our record with AHS. Our company tries to make every customer happy but unfortunately the home owner was to inpatient and disrespectful for us to make the repair.

Review: On Monday, June 1 st I called my landlord about my ac not working, the high voltage ac heating and electrical company called me and told me they would be out today between 12-5pm.They had just changed my whole upstairs unit 4-5 weeks ago.When I called at 1:15 pm today to find out when they were coming the Secretary told me that she didn't say that they would be out today and said it wouldn't be out until tomorrow, Wednesday and straight lied to me.I have emphazema and it's 90 degrees in my apartment and since my landlord has a contract with them and they were the company that supposedly fixed my ac unit 4-5 weeks ago that my landlord will not or cannot call someone else. I hate a liar and I think they messed over my landlord and charged him for a whole new upstairs unit and didn't fix the real problem with my ac.Desired Settlement: That they make right their wrong and get out here today or rent me a hotel room to get out of the heat.

Our air conditioning was leaking and another company came three times and never fixed it. This company came once, it took 10 minutes and we have never leaked again! They were fast, efficient, polite, and effective. We have since signed up for a seasonal maintenance contract with them and have been very happy.
