I would like to file a complaint against Tyron *** and High Voltage Services. I paid them nearly $14,000 for delivery and installation of a whole house back-up power generator and for heating elements and repair of a front walkway.
The walkway pavers were removed, and heating elements installed, however, the pavers have not been properly reinstalled, and the heating elements have not been connected to the power box and are non-functional.
For the whole house generator a concrete slab was installed. A trench was dug and left open.
Six months later the project site has been abandoned. I have tried to contact the owner of the company repeatedly but have not heard any response.
