This is a thinly veiled and class attempt at redirecting. The respondent knows he does not need an originating phone number to comply with the federal do not call regulation. This is a perfect example of their "slick" practices. Further, they do say High Yield Industrial but what they have started saying is " I am calling from Bosch and High Yield Industrial." When I have pressed them if they are part of Bosch they say'YES" I have even asked if Bosch knows they are making this representation and they have responded affirmatively. When I call Bosch they have no knowledge of this. So as you might expect, they will not admit to violating federal requirements and dishonest business practices but I just want them to stop calling me

We are a Bosch distributor. We are buying products directly from Bosch We always mention our name and the product we are selling We call each client back and verify the order, go over shipping and billing. We put each new client on a day billing They receive our products and then send us a check I'm the verification manager myself. I'm not sure what the slick, scamming practices you are speaking about. We take pride in being in business for years and doing a great job protecting our clients and giving them all the information they need to make a risk free decision.
