Response:The customer's patio areas were dug out and concrete forms constructed and placedThe customer then decided to enlarge the patio areasThe forms were taken up and replaced to accommodate the increased sizeAll contracts state that any change to the contract may require additional costs

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.The work that was completed regarding framing is not complete. A replacement concrete company estimated the labor for what was completed to be worth $250.00.  The framing was not complete, only the shape was mapped out and the labor team sent to the site used my wood to frame it, without permission.  As you can see the pictures show, there is no way the work completed was worth $2500.  [redacted]  He promised numerous times to come to do the work and never showed up.
