Higher Ground Landscaping

I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # [redacted]. Please add your rejection comments below. 
Higher Ground Landscape states they have been in contact with us which is false. They have not contacted us. He also states the pavers that are chipped are due to manufacture fault. Again not true. The chipped paves are the fault of the installer. Before I received his response on the Revdex.com site I had texted him asking for information about the stuff he used in-between the pavers because some has washed away and we what put  more and he never responded to me.

Higher Ground Landscaping is aware of the chipped Paver and issue with the snap edge. We have been in contact with the homeowner, and will be replacing the pavers that were faulty by the manufacture.
