HLP addressed the client’s concerns two weeks ago during a phone call with the client and our Processing Directorwe explained the process to the client thoroughly to ensure she had a full understanding of what we’ve done so far in her account, our role, and the expectations of the final leg of our services on her account

We thank Ms*** for reaching out to us about this issueWe spoke with the client on 9/regarding this matter and upon looking into it, it was evident that this was a clerical error and her account should not have gone to our collection agencyWe advised the client that we spoke with our
third party collection agency and instructed them to cease all collection activity and remove any negative reporting from the client's credit reportOur collection agency acknowledged our request and stated they would take immediate actionIt appears that they did remove the negative reporting but continued to make collection attempts, so we have once again reached out to them and instructed them to take care of the matter immediately and cease all collection activity as previously instructedWe have not received any recent phone calls from the client, perhaps she is contacting AWA directlyNevertheless, we apologize for AWA's continued collection attempts and will ensure they close her account correctly

We apologize that Ms*** experience was not to her satisfactionOur goal is to assist all of our clients in putting their ***s in a more favorable position, and we definitely are a reputable companyWe are researching her account and will be in communication with Ms*** shortlyThank you

Please note that this was closed by the Revdex.com as an unresolved complaint however we did respond and resolved the matter with the client on 09/07 and informed her that a full refund would be processed between the 15th-20th of the month and will be sent to her via check. Client was happy with that information and the refund has been processed and scheduled to be mailed out.
