Sale and Issue: Before their pack purchase, HEJ informed the customer that only one (1) job per posting was permitted per HEJ Terms and Conditions (no composite advertisements for or more open positions)In addition, the customer was informed by the HEJ account representative of this policy via emailCustomer bought a two-pack of job postings on 10/Customer tried to post a composite advertisement late 10/HEJ voided the posting on 10/because of the violation of HEJ Terms and Conditions and credited back the customer's account for the posting used (returning the balance to the original two)Customer appears to have not understood from the HEJ email explaining the voided sale that HEJ had credited the job posting back to their account By 10/26, everything was resolved with the customerAs it stands now, customer seems happy, has one live job on the site and one posting in inventory.Relevant Terms and Conditions; (From ***)• (9A- Relevant Portion) An individual job posting is intended to advertise one single open positionat an organizationA position posting is sold based per opening and is not a license for duration of time to advertise multiple positions,• (9F - Relevant Portion) IEL reserves the right to reject any submitted order without having tostate a specific reasonPossible reasons for rejection include, but are not limited to: Accreditation of the institution, content of the posting, applicability to the site's Job Seekers, authenticity of the order and past credit history with the company.Attachments: The following documents are attached to provide further detail;• Terms and Conditions (Term in its entirety with key portions highlighted)
