by our return policy, not Amazon's. The policy that states returns allowed through 1/31 is for items purchased by [redacted] Retail, not [redacted] Marketplace Sellers. All Marketplace Sellers have different return policies.Our customer service team provided this customer with the contact information necessary to have this replaced or repaired by manufacturer's warranty.

This order was processed and received on 2/5. There is a substantial delay verifying returns due to Christmas returns stacking up. Unfortuantely, so many dishonest people commit such ludicrous fraud with returns, we have to inspect them. Post-holiday returns take longer than...
normal, despite us adding staff. This was credited by our returns processing facility on 2/5 - and refund was issued to [redacted] yesterday (first business day that we received approval from returns processing to refund this). We do not interact with customer's payment method, only [redacted] does this. We notified [redacted] of the refund, and it's [redacted]'s responsibility to refund customer's payment method.
