I can certainly understand the concerns that Ms*** ishaving about her waterproofing system after an engineer has taken upon himselfto outline to her what he assumes we installed there. That analysis is one of the mostunprofessional opinions I have ever seenHe makes assumptions based on nodirect knowledge of what was done there seemingly designed just to upset thecustomerUnfortunately, I do not think that there is anything else that I cando to satisfy Ms*** at this pointThe offer to install a new replacementsump pump still stands for her and I hope she decides to have it put in.Sincerely*** ***

Dear Revdex.com,We are very sorry that Ms*** had some seepage in her basement during the areal flooding of April 3rd of this yearIf there actually were a fault with our drainage system we would be eager to remedy itHowever the problem there is not in our pipe but in the limit of the sump pumpThe pump was not installed by us and is not a model that we would install and is several years oldWhen we do install a pump, the warranty is the factory warranty that comes with it, we obviously cannot give a lifetime warranty on the sump pumps since they will usually need replacement at some point.l Although we would not normally install a new replacement sump pump under these conditions for free, in an attempt to solve this issue I will offer to install one at no charge for her.Sincerely,*** ***

[redacted] This is not acceptable by me. Mr. [redacted] keeps referring to the sump pump, when he can not prove there was crossover to allow the system to drain properly.. I had the engineer to my home once again, and the is ZERO evidence that a crossover was installed.
