The issue of with the Westside AAA Storage was not resolved. I felt forced to move my belongings from their establishment into a safer environment. The building owners did nothing to remedy the situation. The Teena, the manager only laughed when I told her about the condoms in the storage unit. I feel their actions was disturbing. code to get into that buildingWe take this complaint seriouslyThe managers reported the incident to my husband who is the President of A.F.GCorporation and to meI am the Secretary/Treasurer of A.F.GCorporationThe next day the tenant talked with the President about the incident and he told her it was being handled correctly by the managersWe have never had camerasThis is probably the first situation where we wish we could have recorded what went onThis is not an incident of theft as the tenant's lock was not broken or tampered withThe condoms were not used in the usual way it appears There was a knot in them as if they had possibly been propelled as if shooting a spit wadI have the condoms in my possessionAlthough it would be nearly impossible to get the condoms under the door; if shooting them as a balloon, one may have been able to get them up and onto the upper part of the door and when the door was opened, they could have fallen down inside the unitThis would take some doingThree other tenants entered units in that building that day but their units were not around the complainantsThe tenant next door has children who play around but has been in the facility since The day the tenant moved in, it appears that the tenant and the complainant had a disagreement over the use of the lift keyThe complainant wanted her to loan the complainant the key and she refused knowing that the person who signs it out is totally responsible for the keyShe told her, according to the managers, that she would be done in one more load and then she could follow her to the office where the tenant would check in the key and the new tenant could check it outThe complainant was not happy, but that is what was doneMany apologies to the complainantWe are sorry that the tenant has had a bad experience in our facilitySince the things in her unit are safe the lock has not been cut or broken, I don't know what else to sayWe did not see how the condoms came to be thereThe neighboring tenants have been there at least yearsWe provide as safe a facility as we possibly canWe are looking into e cost of cameras in the story buildingThe facility is locked, fenced and well lightedA tenant must have a personal code to enter the facility and another code to enter that story buildingWe take the safety of the stored goods seriously but we do not guarantee that the goods are , safe and we encourage each and every tenant to have theft insurance
