and talked with Julie S[redacted], the agent covering for Amy B[redacted]. Unfortunately, Amy B[redacted] has been out of the office intermittently  due to an illness. Julie also returned a phone call to Mr. [redacted] on November 1th, he was unavailable. Julie was finally able to reach Mr. [redacted] on November 21"\ at that time he told her he had switched his insurance over to [redacted].   I reach out to Mr. [redacted] today and was able to talk with him. I have apologized to Mr. [redacted] for not meeting his service needs.   We take great pride in our service standards and regret that we were unable to meet those standards for Mr. [redacted].  I would also like to apologize to you for your time involvement. also want to thank the Revdex.com for bring this to our attention so that we can correct procedures in our office.
