I was referred to Defalco through AAA THEIR ROAD SERVICE AND ASSISTANCE WAS PROMPT AND VERY HELPFUL UNFORTUNATELY OUR BATTERY WAS JUMPED TO START THE CAR AND THE CABLE WERE REVERSED ACCIDENTLY BY THE ATTENDANTBURNING OUT THE RADIO AND ELECTRONIC INSTRUMENTS WHEN REPORTED TO DEFALCO I WS INSTRUCTED TO GET AN ESTIMATE AND SEND THE PAPAERWORK INTO THEM AND THEY WOULD TAKE CARE OF THE PROBLEMTHAT WAS WEEKS AGO AND SINCE I HAVE HAD NO RESOLVE AND NEITHER MANAGEMENT OR OWNER WILL RETURN THE PHONE CALLS IT IS VERY STRANGE AND DISAPOINTING THAT THEY GAVE GOOD ROAD SERVICE BUT HAVE VERY POOR CUSTOMER RESPONSE WITH A COMPLAINT I THINK WAITING WEEKS FOR EVEN A PHONE CALL IS BEYOND POOR IN THE MEAN TIME MY CAR IS STILL NOT REPAIRED thumbs down AAA CUSTOMER XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX AAA COMPLAINT ***

We were on vacation in Myrtle Beach when our car malfunctioned on Friday night. We called AAA and they gave us DeFalco's number. We didn't have much hope that we could get it fixed in time to leave on Sunday AM. We took our car in on Sat AM, diagnosed it immedicately, and we were good to go in less than 90 min, with a 10% discount for our AAA membership. They provided coffee and magazines during the wait, and the counter clerk clued us in on a great local place for BBQ. Can't ask for better! Thanks, DeFalco, you saved our day!
