My
name is AJ, I am the branch manager of the Indianapolis Airport Enterprise. I
received the Revdex.com concern from our corporate office and did some researching on
the issue. First and foremost, I apologize for you and Mr. [redacted]’s experience
that sounded very hectic based on...

the holiday and having to change locations. I
talked to our corporate office who handled the claim and they did see on the
security cameras, as it left there was not damage, and as it returned in Kokomo
there was the damage listed below.
 
Nevertheless,
the whole process has obviously been a mix up between one manager and the next.
Because of this experience, I wanted to let you know we’re NOT going to pursue
you or Mr. [redacted] for the balances on the damage listed below. I will let our
damage recovery unit know to shut this claim down and you will not be held
responsible for the payment of the damages.
 
Like
anything that travels through the corporate channels, this may take a week or
two to go into effect. Therefore, if you receive anything in the mail over the
next 2-3 weeks saying you are still being held responsible, do not worry.
 
I hope
this clears up any issues and makes up for the experience over the past few
months dealing with this issue.

I  did not get any response from Enterprise when I called them for an answer to the complaint.  The manager said he would call, but I received no call back.

Branch left ticket open and pended for weeks letting the customer know he needed to notify the insurance company or the body shop but that if neither paid, he as the renter is ultimately responsible for charges according to his rental agreement. The insurance company denied the request for extra...

days of coverage. The customer was in the rental for 6 days over his policy limit. Area Manager and our A/R team have been working with the body shop to have them pay for the additional days as it was their delay that caused the customer to go over their policy limit. We have submitted that request in the system and will be sending the final bill to the body shop. Apologized to customer for the lack of communication on the branches end. customer’s credit card. The customer should see the funds in his account once
