I am rejecting this response because:MrB***,I have not received any contact attempts by you to resolve this matterAt this point I would prefer any correspondence to be addressed in writingI have attempted to resolve this matter with your staff prior to escalating the matter to you and ultimately the Revdex.com due to your lack of response and resolution to the matterIf you have reviewed my detailed complaint/concerns I have I would like to hear your proposal to resolve these matters.
