If anyone is to be labeled a thief here, it is the Microtel manager that stole $from my bank card and caused me much financial harship in the processI will wait for the business to resolve this matter

Request to reopen - Jan 20, 2017This is my second attempt at reporting this businessMy issue was never resolvedI am from Ohio and I went to Kentucky to visit a friendI stayed overnight at this Microtel in Bowling Green, KYI was accused of stealing an alarm clock and was charged $to my debit card that they had on fileThey reported me to the police and harrassed me about bring an alarm clock back.....which I DID NOT STEALI told them to check their hotel staff because I dont steal and have absolutely no use for an alarm clockI am insulted by this allegation and feel that this is some type of scam and I was targeted because I am from another stateThis hotel stole my money from my card so they are the REAL thiefsI'm sure they also put an insurance claim out on this "stolen" clock and thus committed insurance fraud (because they stole $from me to colver the cost of the "stolen" clock)I would like the hotel investigated for this scam on customers and I want my money back.I want an apology for the accusationI want this hotel scam investigated and I want my $back asap

[I do not see where contacting the property manager is a solution to my problem when he just continues to accuse and argue with me over something that I DID NOT DOIf talking to the manager would have worked the first time, I would not have had a reason to contact the Revdex.com regarding this incidentI am really trying to avoid legal action in order to get my money back that was STOLEN from my account by this companyI am so tempted to go to social media and expose this place for the scam they are running on customers, especially those from out-of-stateIt is sad that a business would have to resort to such criminal behaviorI would just like to get my $back and never ever visit this corrupt hotel or Bowling Green, Kentucky itself ever againThe business practice of this privately owned business is deplorable and it is so sad that I have to go through all of this headache to get my money backPlease let me know if we need to go to small claims courtI am tired of going back and forth with this and getting nowhereAll I want is my $refundedThat is the only resolution that will satisfy me
