They don't want to fix my air conditionerI've complained several times about the issue, but yet no one came to fix the problem December:1st my air has been out, which is the same time I moved in.I also had a heating problem that they also didn't want to repairI've been paying of rent every monthI've been patient with them but, Its entirely to hot to be hot

My wife and I moved in to the apartments months ago. From the time we moved in several of the clothes dryers have not worked and still have not been fixed after reporting the issue to the property manager. The heat went out when it was below zero outside for several days. The heat is out again and has been out for the past 3 days. The property manager is very unreliable, she said that she would give us our lease agreement the day after we moved in. It took 3 months of asking her for it before we finally had to go to the office and make her give it to us right then. We usually would call and then wait 3 or 4 days for her to either call us back or do anything before we would try to call again. Never once did I receive a return phone call from the manager in response to any of the calls or messages I had left as they rarely pick up the phone. You can forget about reaching anyone after 3pm or before 11 am. The buildings have many shoddy patchwork repairs in the hallways and inside of each unit. The baseboard heating in the building ticks extremely loud all day and night, you can hear the ticking of the baseboards in the other units around yours. The carpets in the hallways are to the threads in several spots and look as through they have never been cleaned. We have only seen them vacuum the halls 3 times since we have been here. You can tell they haven't vacuumed because piles of dirt or food that the other tenants that live there have dropped or dragged in remain for weeks at a time. The oven didn't work when we first moved in, it took them two weeks to replace it. The fridge has broken shelves, that make it a challenge to store you food, have not been replaced since we arrived. The amount of rent that they charge for the conditions is astronomical, they know that because of the energy industry they can gouge anyone that wants to move in because they know people have no where else to go. when you do pay the outrageous rent, it takes the manager several weeks to cash the check. I say check because they charge you an extra $50 to use a card to pay, and I don't trust giving them cash as I feel they may claim I didn't pay them or pay them in full.
