Review: In 2013 Highland Irrigation installed a fifth line in my home lawn sprinkler system. It worked fine until I turned the system on in the spring of 2014. At that point, only 4 of the 5 lines worked. I called HI and the general manager, [redacted], sent out two employees to check out the problem. They worked for several hours and then left, saying the problem had been resolved. I soon discovered, however, that it had not. Meanwhile, I received an invoice from HI billing me for $231.99. I called Mr. [redacted] and he said he would come out to "take a look" the following Monday. A week passed and he had not shown up, so I wrote him a letter. He then called me and apologized and said he would come out in a day or two. That was a couple of weeks ago and he still has not shown up. Yesterday, however, I received a second invoice saying my bill was "past due." To sum it up, only 4 of the 5 lines in my irrigation system were working when I initially called HI for help. Today, despite HI's attempt to fix the problem, only 4 of the 5 lines work. HI has failed to make good on its promise to come out and fix the problem, yet I have gotten two invoices billing me for $231.99.Desired Settlement: Despite the fact that Highland Irrigation has billed me for work that did not resolve my problem, I have decided to pay this bill because, quite frankly, I'm afraid of what Mr. [redacted] might do if I don't. I just want people who might be considering hiring HI to be aware of what happened to me.

Hello,

I filed a complaint a couple of days ago against Highland Irrigation of Cowiche, WA. Since then, the owner has contacted me and repaired my system at no extra charge. So I would like to withdraw that complaint. I hope that is possible to do. Please let me know as soon as possible.
