Back in January of this year- 2013, I gave to the [redacted] to wash my 2 Chef's jacket. I had asked him or [redacted] - [redacted] about those jackets. They took a while to answer until I threat them to take my business elsewhere. I sent to [redacted], the link where I bought my lost 2 jackets; [redacted] promised me to replace those 2 Chef's jackets. I recently emailed [redacted] asking about those jackets. I was working at the restaurant where I started to contract with [redacted]. I got fired from this restaurant on February 27 of 2013. I think they still need to honor their promises, even I got terminated. Occasionally employees of these establishments turn in NOG (Not our Goods) items to be washed. We launder thousands of garments daily tagged with customer identification so that they can be returned to the correct destination. In this case, an employee of one of our accounts turned in his own (NOG) coat for processing, unknown to our route driver. Normally when a coat that is not ours is turned in for laundering, we have our staff bring the item in separately so that it can be tagged for identification. This was not done in this case. We then heard from the employee that we lost his 2 coats and that they cost $65.00 each and need special embroidery. I've had the 2 coats here in Adams Mass for 2 months but the employee was fired form this account. We tried to return the coats to where he worked but was told he was no longer there. He can pick the coats up when ever he'd like to in our office. Thanks
