The complaint is regarding an HOA property manager not replacing a tree in the common area by a June 1 deadline an individual homeowner arbitrarily gave the property manager.  (The complaint was filed with the Revdex.com at 12:00 am June 2, 2014).
 
The property management company...

is employed by Homeowner Association and not by individual homeowners.  As we explained to the other party in April, the tree would be replaced by the HOA, and not to take matters into his own hands.  The other party states in his complaint that he is aware the tree in on common ground, and the by-laws say the common area is under the governance of the Homeowner Association.
 
The tree was damaged by a driver who reimbursed the HOA $1,000 for a new tree.  That money has always been earmarked for the tree and never was in no danger of being redirected.
 
The property management company put in a work order for the tree replacement in May, as we told this homeowner, and it is scheduled to be done June 10, 2014.   The tree was in fact installed today and the [redacted]’s expressed their satisfaction to the vendor who did the work.   The landscape company is new to the HOA this year and had to spend May doing the urgent things required in maintaining good landscaping, and having things that were not so urgent be scheduled during June. 
 
[redacted] Corp. respectfully requests this complaint be rescinded as it was directed at [redacted] Corp. and not the HOA Board who is responsible for maintaining all of the neighborhoods in Highland Meadows.  This charge is without merit and I would appreciate it if there is no record of this matter for others to see in the future.

In response to the email from [redacted] Corp. It was by accident the tree was planted today. This morning when I drove the street, Aspen Landscaping was planting other trees in the neighborhood, after talking with them I was able to talk them into planting the tree in our yard.  It was not planned to be planted today, but certainly did work out that way.  So the tree situation has been taken care of.  As for your company it is up to you to rescind this issue if you so choose with [redacted] Corp. and after reading Mr. [redacted]s response I find nothing is their fault, now they blame the HOA, then why did we receive all the emails from [redacted].
