to damages other than wear and tear by resident
Carpet replacement cost is
adjusted for
wear and tear as agreed in rental agreement at 80%.
Carpet cost was further reduced
to 63% of cost as consideration for areas (dining room) that was not damaged
Copy of signed and dated move in
move out condition of apartment was provided to former resident
Copy of supplier carpet replace
invoices from and from were also provided to former resident
