Highland Mountain Seamless Rain Gutters

I am confused as to why I received this complaint. While Ms*** is a Director and partner in AmSpirit, any employment with complaint was independent of and has nothing to do with AmSpirit of Southern Wisconsin.We would like to have this complaint removed as soon as possible.Please advise

time of completion because they were not shipped at the time of installation. The gutters and downspouts on this installation were a special order color that I do not stock. I told the complainant’s wife that I would be back as soon as the parts were delivered. I received the three elbows somewhere around the end of June. During the months of July and August I was in Big Sky, Montana installing rain gutters for a large contractor. I finished these projects in early September. In all honesty I completely forgot about the three small elbows that were owed to the complainant. I was out of town hunting September, and October and didn’t work during that time. . I never heard anything back until April of 2017. The complainant’s wife had called and reminded me that she still needed the elbows on the downspouts. I apologized to her and told her I would be down to do them as soon as possible. I told her that my company was extremely busy and that I would be down as “soon as I could.”      The next call I received was from the complainant, who was very angry.  This call was received on June 1st 2017. I am the type of person who believes that a person should be talked to like they would like to be talked to. The complainant was not calm and collected. Instead he was yelling and threatening to get an attorney and demanding an apology. He was given an apology at the time of this call. I was not angry or put forward an “attitude” toward the complainant That is not how I represent myself or my business. The complainant does not know me personally or my personality.  I may have been short with him but in no way was I rude or angry or had an “attitude.” That is the complainant’s opinion.      I drove down to the complainant’s residence on Saturday June 5th and installed the three elbows. There was a car parked in the driveway. I assumed someone was home. I knocked on the door but nobody answered.      The desired settlement has been reached. The elbows were installed and the job is done. The complainant received an apology when he contacted me. As for being reimbursed, for the complainant feeling disrespected what about how I was treated and talked to on the phone. Also I would like to add that all of our work is “guaranteed” and has a lifetime warranty. This is the best in the business.        I am sorry for how the complainant feels and I am sorry I did not put the elbows on when the complainant’s wife called the first time. Like I stated earlier in this letter, I honestly completely forgot about going back and putting on the downspout elbows. I’m only human and everybody forgets to do small things when it’s extremely busy. I take great pride in my work and my company.
