In response to the complaint from *** * ***, the fifty dollars the patient paid was for a previous balance on her charge account with Highland Pharmacy, Inc. The patients past balance was from RX's received on 10/9/for the amount of $75.00, DOS 11/24/for the amount of $45.00, and
DOS 12/29/for the amount of $The total the patient owed Highland Pharmacy was $which we have received a payment of $dated 12/10/and a payment of $dated 1/15/The payment we posted on 1/15/was received and posted before the patient re-ordered her RX on 1/18/The RX ordered on 1/18/was never delivered or charged to the patient. The patient has a current balance with Highland Pharmacy, Inc of $which we have not received payment on since the $dated 1/15/The patient has not been turned over to a collection agency, I sent out a Final Notice statement on 5/27/
