Review: My husband [redacted] was taking to the shop for a transmission rebuild. That was around October 2014. Since then, we have taken the vehicle back about four times with various issues involving the transmission. Now on the fifth visit, the owner is telling us that he has ruled out the transmission. However, the truck is shifting very hard, it will not go past 40 miles/hr. We have called other shops as well as the dealer who is telling us that it in the transmission that is the problem, exactly what no one can say without doing a diagnostic of course. So because he has said to rule out the transmission (we both work during the day so we can't watch what he is doing) we have to look at other issues. So now we have pay someone else to look at it. We have taking it back because it did not shift correctly before. There was transmission leaking before. Now, it is my belief that not everything inside of the transmission is truly replaced. If this was one year or more later, I would accept it, but this has been going on since the transmission was suppose to be rebuilt.Desired Settlement: I would like for the problem to be fixed, if he is not confident that he can, I would like to have someone else fix it and he pay for it. If I pay for an additional fix from another transmission provider and they find and fix the problem in the transmission, I want my money back.
