this car could only go up to 40 miles per hour, I would have not been able to get on the highway. Second: All potential buyers have [redacted]two weeks[redacted] to call, test drive, AND they can bring their own mechanic to check out the car if they request to do so. Third: These cars are sold at a tremendous discount, we don't fix everything with these cars. This particular car could have easily sold for twice what she paid for it. Since, these cars are sold at such a tremendous discount, we cannot go and repair everything and make it perfect. That should be understood, as the auction disclaimers state these cars are sold AS IS, unless otherwise stated. No where in the above description do I say it runs perfectly.Fourth: I did speak to her on the phone and said it drove, but I never said it drove perfectly or that she wouldn't have to do anything to it. Result: She should have brought a mechanic and went for a test drive to get a better understanding of how it drove and if its the best car for her situation. I never discourage anyone from coming out and looking at or test driving my vehicles. I even put my cell phone number in the description. I have sold over three hundred vehicles via way of this auction, I receive virtually no complaints. If we make a mistake we fix it. In this case, we did not make a mistake.
