Mrs. [redacted] had an appointment to have her taxes prepared but could not keep it because she was going out of town that day, so she dropped her paperwork off with instructions to call if we had any questions.( We Did Not) so we prepared her taxes and called her to inform her they were completed....

Unhappy with the outcome she preceded to complain and demand a refund. She did prepay 150.00 for her tax prep fees. But the way she filed she would have been charged 200.00 according to our policies. We decided to let it go trying to be nice. I have attached a copy of the letter I sent her giving her a chance to get what she paid for. Another company that was able to review the tax prep with me did. I did not get what I paid for. ]
