To Whom It May Concern: Although, I am not required to fix problems with used cars I sell through my business, as they are sold lawfully "As Is", I often help my customers with issues after the sale is closed, as I offered to do for *** ***. Brand new seat are not
widely available for a car this old and prices I found online are in the $each range. I was able to locate two used assemblies at Henry's Used Auto Parts in Maryland for $total cost. I ordered and paid for them, but they were initially shipped to a wrong address in Virginia Beach. They have since been re-routed, I was told they will be delivered to me by Monday, 8-10-2015. I fully intend to follow through with the seat belt repair for ***, who is my daughter, but we have lately become estranged due to personal issues, and communication is difficultHer recent calls to me have been profane and abusive, so I did indeed block her calls to my cell phone. I am seeking a third party to complete the repair for *** in an effort to remove our personal issues from the situation. A mutual acquaintance has offered his assistance, and my hope is that *** will be agreeable to settle this matter with his helpIf she prefers, I can send the parts directly to her with the understanding that I will not bear any further responsibility in the matter. The vehicle was sold to *** at my cost in April 2015, for $3000.00, with a day, 50/warranty for internal lubricated engine only. At the time of sale, the car had been legally inspected for sale and there was no indication that the seat belts did not function properly. A copy of record of the sale can be provided to Revdex.com, if required Under the circumstances, I do not feel compelled to assist *** with further repairs. sold  lawfully "As Is", I often help my customers with issues after the sale is closed, as I offered to do for [redacted]. Brand new seat are not widely available for a car this old and prices I found online are in the $230.00 each range.  I was able to locate two used assemblies at Henry's Used Auto Parts in Maryland for $125.00 total cost.  I ordered and paid for them, but they were initially shipped to a wrong address in Virginia Beach.  They have since been re-routed, I was told they will be delivered to me by Monday, 8-10-2015.

Review: I purchased a [redacted] from Tom H[redacted] in March of this year. This first thing was that the liner of roof was peeling off which he said he would have fixed but never called to set a time for that to happen.It was almost a week later when I had a passenger that I discovered that the passenger side seat belt will not come out at all. So I immediately contacted him and he said to bring it to the shop and have Herbie look at it. He did and said that the whole piece needed to be replaced. Also the dirver side belt was having trouble retracting so that needs to be replaced as well. So I thought Tom ordered it and still to this day never has called to set up a time for that and has now not taking my calls about the matter, nor will return mine.Desired Settlement: I would like for him to have the belts fixed because I could get a ticket and there is a huge safety issue. I was in a horrific accident at 18 and went through a wind shield because of a faulty belt so this is very unacceptable. My car will not pass inspection in this condition. Also since the roof liner was never taken care of either it now hangs so low that it blocks part of the back window so its hard to see whats behind me which is also very dangerous!!! Please help me, I am a full time college student who is struggling to pay tuition, so I cant afford a ticket. I paid good money for this vehicle and deserve to have the working seat belts and a back window to see out of. Thanks so much for your time and concern with this matter and I hope to have it resolved ASAP.
