My husband and I chose this roofing company due to the recommendation of a neighbor who later regretted doing that as she had major problems with her roof as well. We got the worst roof in our entire lives. It leaked from day one due to the abysmal quality of the construction. First there was a leak in the dining room, then the living room started leaking as well. We had a ten year guarantee but having that didn't help much as we had to keep calling the [redacted] of this company, [redacted], to come over and fix his faulty work. [redacted] repeatedly avoided the calls and didn't get back to us. My daughter finally had to step in and threaten the [redacted] with complaints to the Revdex.com and the Attorney General. She left a very angry message on his answering machine, something she really did not like doing. He finally got back to us and complained that she was a bit harsh with him! He took his sweet time and it eventually took him a year to fix the multiple leaks.

Well, the repairs didn't last long as the leaking came back in the dining room, and new leaks developed in two of the bedrooms, the kitchen, and the garage as well. We got so fed up that we ended up spending more money to have these leaks fixed by another company as we had no confidence in Highlander at this point. We didn't want to go through the hassle of trying to reach [redacted] and even if he did fix the leaks, it probably would have been [redacted] work with the leaks returning once again.

So do yourself a favor and avoid this company at all costs. They do shoddy work, they don't honor their guarantee, and the [redacted] is a total creep who doesn't answer phone calls when he doesn't want to fix his [redacted] work.
