I had a great experience with Highlander Improvement I admit I was initially skeptical of vinyl siding but now I am a fan I have a 100+ year old home that I had previously sided with aluminum years agoIt was faded and hail damaged so I contacted Highlander and their friendly and very knowledgeable representatives (particularly Robert and Agata) educated me on the options and recommended replacing it with vinyl I agreed and the results were amazing The house has never looked better and I continue to receive compliments from many of neighbors family and friends Their job was performed on-time and on-budget and the craftsmanship was excellent I would use their company again and would not hesitate in referring them to others Overall, it was wonderful experience!

Initial Business Response / [redacted] (1000, 8, 2014/12/12) */ We were notified of this situation during our busiest time which is the end of year - we try to accommodate everyone's request before the holidays The homeowner reacted too suddenly with the complaint, we wanted to fix the issue but we weren't able to come through as soon as we would have liked because the subcontractor who was doing the job last year doesn't work for us anymore; we had tried to have him repair it since it was his workmanship at faultHe had assured us he would be repairing it, however due to numerous attempts to confirm the repair and a no show we decided to dispatch it to a new subcontractor The color of the fascia which the homeowner had was custom made and we had to go drive to the homeowner and collect a sample then locate a supplier that had it available The new subcontractor installed the fascia the same day he was notified We apologize for this, it is not always possible to do things as fast as the client would like as this is the building industry and we are dependent on numerous factors, weather being a main one, especially at this time of year

Although I waited a long time to have my siding installed, it was definitely worth the wait! My house looks amazing and the installation process was a smooth team effort; Highlander stated that they had a slight delay, and were getting overbooked but assured me that they would get to my house eventuallyI am really surprised how great everything turned out, I'm pretty sure the value of my home went up! Thank you!
