Review: I ordered a pizza on Wednesday March 23, 2016. I waited almost 2 hours for delivery and when it finally came the pizza was raw. The dough stuck to the bottom of the box. When I called only one piece was missing, they only offered to give me 10% off my next order. When I spoke with the manager he said he would send another with an hour wait. It never came. I called back Friday and they refuse to refund me or replace.Desired Settlement: I think it is fair that the company refund me. They did not send a replacement pizza Wednesday and they could have fixed this mistake. It is also a health concern because eating uncooked food is dangerous.

I am not happy with the response because I called 5 minutes after I received my order and was told a new pizza would be delivered within the next hour. They did not send another pizza as promised. They could have had the pizza they sent the first time. I called numerous times and they gave me numerous excuses to just get me off the phone even promising to call me back. This is not a matter of me calling two days after the fact, that is not true.

Throwing the pizza away after two days is irrelevant, they promised to redeliver my order the same night and never showed up. They could have picked the uncooked pizza up that night. Ordering take out and receiving raw food that was not fixed meant I didn't get to eat a meal with the little time I had available to me.This is not an attempt to receive free products, this was an attempt to right a wrong on the company's behalf. Sending raw and uncooked food can lead to food poisoning, something I feel this company worries very little about due to their behavior and business.
