On 6/4/2015, [redacted] brought his dog "[redacted]" in for coughing.  My understanding is from his message that they asked him to wait in the car and we would treat "[redacted]" outside due to the contagious nature of kennel cough.  [redacted]'s bill was closed out and copy of the receipt was...

sent to him at [redacted].  Statements followed for several months before account was sent to collections on 11/11/2016.  [redacted] called and stated that he said [redacted] told him the visit was no charge.  Nothing was mentioned about paying for the medication, or the circumstances regarding the appointment.  There was nothing to state that the appointment was no charge so the account was left if collections.  A couple months later, [redacted] (Front desk employee) received a call from [redacted] and was stated that if we did not remove the charges and take him out of collections, he would write a bad review.Never have I received a message from [redacted] and the interaction with him was not cordial on both of the occasions mentioned above.  I am happy to take off the examination charge and just charge for the medication in the amount of $49.74.  As soon as we receive that payment I will remove his account from collections.
