The management for this apartment building is unprofessional and disrespectful [redacted] to be more specific is very rude, not professional, and lacking in customer service abilities Not to mention she will lie to your face about money matters I am beginning to think that she makes commission off of charging tenants extra money on whatever possibleShe should be fired and never work in the customer service industry againManagement should be ashamed of themselves for ignoring all the complaints against this person
One star is way to high of a rating for the way I was treated and embarrassed by my community assistant director on Customer Appreciation Week! I am years old father of two living currently in this community, (Highlands At Spectrum)There are some positives I could say about this community but there are all shattered with bunch of negativesAssistant Community Director [redacted] working for this community for two years now, has no clue of customer service concept, not to mention basics communication skillsApparently it is OK in her world to scream at her own customers in front of other tenants, kicking them out the office (Club house), and if she does not have it her way, she calls for her body guard, maintenance manager, to use scare tacticsAll this on CUSTOMER APPRECIATION WEEK, celebrated by Highlands of spectrum community just this weekI am still in disbelief and shock, that I was treated like a piece of garbage, screamed at and kicked out of the office by someone half of my age Assistant Community DirectorThere is no concept of respect practiced in this office, and for some reason (most likely lack of training and experience), managers at this location are under impression, that they own this community and that they can do what ever they want, especially with their own customersMy suggestion to all new future tenants is to avoid this community by any meansLuckily a [redacted] New Apt is in the last phase of building his community right next door, and by reading reviews on line, his communities have way more happy customersHere is suggestion for corporate office of [redacted] managementreplace your managers with attitude with employees possessing knowledge of basic customer service

One star is way to high of a rating for the way I was treated and embarrassed by my community assistant director on Customer Appreciation Week! I am 46 years old father of two living currently in this community, (Highlands At Spectrum). There are some positives I could say about this community but there are all shattered with bunch of negatives. Assistant Community Director [redacted] working for this community for two years now, has no clue of customer service concept, not to mention basics communication skills.
