I have used spoocard for myself and of my employees for over a year At first the service was goodIn the last months the service has been very disappointing and I have found fraudulent charges on my accounts for time used that was not legitimateI use to be able to remove my credit card info and now it appears I do not have the ability to remove my credit card that is on file for automatic billingI have had to go to my bank to cancel the cardYou do not have the option to speak to a representative The only option is live help which is not available most of the time When I have had calls not processed that I need for my client I have been told by live help that their technical team will get the issue resolved in the next 24-hours I then only receive the corrected audio file 7-days laterI am switching to a different company
They stole my Credit card info and charged my cardthe guy laughed at me on the phone and said I needed a subpoena to get the number linked or info to my ccScam!!! He claimed simeine I know used itBut its not true im in ** and the company is in New jersey
I am a disabled single woman and I received a call from a person in which I did not answerI returned the call and found out that they said I had called themI looked in call logs and saw I had not called that numberI called my phone carrier and was told that someone using spoofcard called that number using my numberThis person and I are very concerned about thisI have been getting alot of strange calls since that make me very uncomfortableThere are personal reasons if mine in which this service could put me in harm's wayI would appreciate it if you would look into this matter asapI am looking forward to your quick response and handling of this disturbing matter
