I called Highlands Construction Home Remodel & Repair company on June 2,2015 and spoke with Kelly R[redacted]. He gave me an estimate of $2,400 for building a closet and installing additional kitchen cabinets in my home. I didn't get the cabinetry but they completing about 95% of the work on the closet(The baseboard needed to be added and more screws needed to be at the bottom of the close door, the hedges were loose and the closet door is falling off.) The total for the closet was $2,900 which is a disappointment because the estimate was for two jobs and I was charge more for 1 job.
Another complaint is that this company have the keys to my home and will not return them to me. I had to pay additional funds to get copies of my keys and I left several messages for them to return my keys and they still have not return them. I will have to spend more funds by calling a locksmith to change the locks on my doors. ","neg-1
