My client has received an reviewed the complaint filed by Mr. [redacted]. My client and I have both been to the property and reviewed the areas and items which form the basis of the complaint filed by Mr. [redacted]. Many of the items complained of were not included in the contract between the parties. Mr. [redacted] also selected a portion of the stone which he complains of. It is also untrue that workers did not show up at the work site for 1 hour per day. That is simply unfounded.
Additionally, my client has already offered to remedy Mr. [redacted]' complaints. These offers have been refused.
