I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me PROVIDED that they are agreeing to ensure that the steering rack and pinion is replaced. They do not address what...
specifically they are agreeeing to fix in their response. I want to confirm that the mirror AND rack and pinion are being replaced. Their mechanic has disputed that this was even an issue with me before, despite two independent mechanics inspection results to the contrary. Please confirm what they are agreeing to. If they clarify that they are replacing BOTH, and will stand behind that, so when reinspected, I won’t be surprised, then I accept their response. But ONLY if we both understand what they are agreeing to.
