Review: The Ballroom overcharged me.

They charged me for services that I didn't sign off to, either the waitress or other staff signed the receipt for my Debit card.

When my bank asked for the proof they provided the receipt with the faulty signature.

This is sad, they make quite enough money as it seems why would they rip people off.

Plus I left the tax and tip with cash as the waitress had requested.Desired Settlement: So that they apologize for letting something like this occur and give me a refund.

I will go to small claims if it wont be resolved.
