Attached in this response is the credit application [redacted] signed off on authorizing us to check his credit and submit to our partnered lenders. All terms and financial information were disclosed to [redacted] prior to agreeing to anything. Unfortunately, we were unable to come to an...

agreement and unable to make a deal that day. [redacted] is more than welcome to call our offices at ###-###-#### and reschedule an appointment so that we may  be able to rehash a deal and sell him the desired vehicle of his choice. Thank you.

 The issue of the forced extended warranty was not addressed. The dealer is a scammer by pricing the vehicle below cost then saying it is part of the deal or they won't sell the car. I will buy the car without the extended warranty.

Review: I owned a 2007530xi BMW and because of the death of my husband I had to sell my car. I went to Highland Office on [redacted] avenue and the manager his name is Kevin, said to me I will give you $9000 for the car right now. I told him had to talk it over with my son I return two days later and he drove my car and it started to jerk,this have never ever happen and then said that he will give me7500 but because I needed the money I said ok. he told me he had to go to the bank for the money and gave me $500 cash, an hour later he came back and told me that the car broke down and that he had to call a tow truck. I ask for a receipt for the tow truck and ever got one. He then deducted 175$ from the money. I askedfor my car back and he said he was going to return it to me the next day, but he never did . I called and I was told that he sold my car.Desired Settlement: I would like my car back or the 9000 as we agreed before he scam me. Also the receipt that he gave to me said $500. which indicates that he is not paying his full taxes to the IRS

Review: Was approved for credit with my own bank, seller forced sale on me with his own bank ran my credit without permission then forced me to buy an extended warranty with the car for $2500 if I didnt he said he wouldnt sell me the car. An extended warranty is optional and this dealer said it was forced on by the bank. Bank said that is untrue it is my option. Now I have another inquiry on my credit report which was unnecessary and wasted my time driving 60 miles to the dealership.Desired Settlement: Sell the car without any warranty
