We arrived and as sometimes happens she had considerably more to move than on previous movesShe had declined to have us to come out to do an estimate on the move since she had moved with us beforeI spoke with her and explained that it was more than anticipated and that it would take longer and of course cost more since we charge by the hourThe other issue was we had a job after her that had to be re-scheduled since her job was so much larger than describedShe said she would not pay more than $I tried to explain multiple times unsuccessfully that it would be more than thatI finally just told the guys to complete the job take the $and we would just deal with the loss and move onA few days later she called and said she had been moving things around and some thing fell and a keyboard and a small tv or something to that affectWe offered to set up a time to look at the issues but it would be a few days as summer is extremely busyShe apparently did not like this response and immediately put a stop payment on her checkSo we are currently out approximately $worth of services and have received no compensation at allDue to her threatening tone and repeated reminders that she works at an attorneys office and hanging up on my wife who helps out in the officeWe no longer consider her customerSince she did not pay for any of the services renderedI feel she has no right to post a complaintIf she wants to pay for services rendered and be calm and civil we would be happy to address any concerns she has Thanks, Paul
