I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me I do, however, reserve the right to share my negative experiences with whomever I wish

We arrived and as sometimes happens she had considerably more to move than on previous moves. She had declined to have us to come out to do an estimate on the move since she had moved with us before. I spoke with her and explained that it was more than anticipated and that it would take longer and...

of course cost more since we charge by the hour. The other issue was we had a job after her that had to be re-scheduled since her job was so much larger than described. She said she would not pay more than $400 I tried to explain multiple times unsuccessfully that it would be more than that. I finally just told the guys to complete the job take the $400 and we would just deal with the loss and move on. A few days later she called and said she had been moving things around and some thing fell and a keyboard and a small tv or something to that affect. We offered to set up a time to look at the issues but it would be a few days as summer is extremely busy. She apparently did not like this response and immediately put a stop payment on her check. So we are currently out approximately $750 worth of services and have received no compensation at all. Due to her threatening tone and repeated reminders that she works at an attorneys office and hanging up on my wife who helps out in the office. We no longer consider her customer. Since she did not pay for any of the services rendered. I feel she has no right to post a complaint. If she wants to pay for services rendered and be calm and civil we would be happy to address any concerns she has.  Thanks, Paul

I do not for see the two parties being the customer [redacted] and us resolving the issues we both have very different feelings about how things went down. We will not pursue what we feel is about a $750 debt with signed order of service and signed bill of lading stating no damages noted. And not pursue in small claims court if the customer will simply not contact us and not attempt to defame our company. We certainly understand she will never use our company or recommend our company. We simply would like an end to the interaction and feel discussing it further will only cause more division and not resolve anything. Regards
