Thank you for bringing this to my attention, I apologize that it has been brought to this instead of talking it out to figure out a resolution once I got back from Texas Let me start with on the purchase contract you signed the night you called me after hours ( I still came into town to assist you) to test drive the Trailblazer with 225,miles, in the warranty section it states SOLD AS ISThat means you are taking the vehicle as is and where is with no warranty and any issues that come up with be your responsibilityEven though it states that I still worked with you on the transmission and covered all the labor to have it installed which I didn't have to but I wouldn't feel rite without helping in some way shape or formOnce it was done you guys picked it up and a week later I get a call stating you have it at one of the most expensive and there is another leakof course this is possible as the vehicle has high miles, I then had you drop off the estimate and it went from 1200$ at [redacted] to $range in parts and I said I would cut my labor rate way down for you to help you out, so the $bill would have been cut down to less than halfWhen I sold the vehicle to you there was no issues besides the check engine light do to a sensor that doesn't effect anything drivability wise and I stated that to you rite away and also stated when you asked will it be a good vehicle "it should do you well but it does have high miles and I cant predict the future but if anything major happens I will help you out" as I did with covering the labor of the transmission installation I have no problem helping out as much as I can like I have beenBut you have to realize that when you buy a vehicle with higher miles for before tax title and licence, that there will possibly be issues with it, its not a brand new vehicle and thats why you're not paying 23k+ for a new vehicle with a warranty If you want to buy the transmission lines and fluid I will take care of them for you so you can take your trip to Texas I hope we can work something out and resolve this matter Thank you ***

Very highly trained and educated when it comes to automotive sales and service, Jesse went above and beyond to help me out when buying my new car from them

Very highly trained and educated when it comes to automotive sales and service, Jesse went above and beyond to help me out when buying my new car from them.

Thank you for bringing this to my attention, I apologize that it has been brought to this instead of talking it out to figure out a resolution once I got back from Texas.

Let me start with on the purchase contract you signed the night you called me after hours ( I still...

came into town to assist you) to test drive the 2004 Trailblazer with 225,000 miles, in the warranty section it states SOLD AS IS. That means you are taking the vehicle as is and where is with no warranty and any issues that come up with be your responsibility. Even though it states that I still worked with you on the transmission and covered all the labor to have it installed which I didn't have to but I wouldn't feel rite without helping in some way shape or form. Once it was done you guys picked it up and a week later I get a call stating you have it at one of the most expensive and there is another leak. of course this is possible as the vehicle has high miles, I then had you drop off the estimate and it went from 1200$ at [redacted] to $300 range in parts and I said I would cut my labor rate way down for you to help you out, so the $1200 bill would have been cut down to less than half. When I sold the vehicle to you there was no issues besides the check engine light do to a sensor that doesn't effect anything drivability wise and I stated that to you rite away and also stated when you asked will it be a good vehicle "it should do you well but it does have high miles and I cant predict the future but if anything major happens I will help you out" as I did with covering the labor of the transmission installation.
I have no problem helping out as much as I can like I have been. But you have to realize that when you buy a vehicle with higher miles for 2500 before tax title and licence, that there will possibly be issues with it, its not a brand new vehicle and thats why you're not paying 23k+ for a new vehicle with a warranty.
If you want to buy the transmission lines and fluid I will take care of them for you so you can take your trip to Texas.

I hope we can work something out and resolve this matter.

Thank you.

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.  I have called [redacted] to arrange a time to fix the SUV but had to leave the a message. I bought all the parts requested for the tranny fix.
